Bill - WC3K, a resident of Bowie, the location of the fest, stopped by to operate the Special Event Station, W3PRL. The station lineup was a Viking II and a Drake R-4B receiver, feeding a dipole stretched between two light poles of the baseball stadium. More than 80 contacts were made on 75 and 40 meters. |
